Trick Williams defeated Baron Corbin to win the WWE United States Championship in a match that ran just over 11 minutes, earning the opportunity after Lil Yachty survived a five-minute challenge against Corbin earlier in the show.
In the main event, Randy Orton defeated Cody Rhodes in a bout that went past 18 minutes. Elsewhere on the card, Oba Femi beat Bron Breakker by disqualification when a returning Bronson Reed attacked Oba, striking him with a chair before delivering a Tsunami.
The show also featured a six-woman tag match in which Jade Cargill, B-Fab and Michin defeated Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley, while Dominik Mysterio defeated Joe Hendry on the pre-show. The results set up several new storylines heading into WWE's fall programming.
