Will Ospreay defeated Kenny Omega in the main event of AEW All In: London on August 30 at Wembley Stadium, capturing the AEW World Championship for the first time. Ospreay put Omega away with the Hidden Blade to score the pinfall on AEW's biggest show of the year.
The stacked card featured multiple title changes across nine championship matches. Mercedes Mone won the AEW Women's World Championship by submitting Willow Nightingale, while Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor captured the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championships. The event also included the AEW debuts of Austin Creed and Kofi Kingston and the return of Britt Baker.
Elsewhere, on the August 31 episode of Raw in Cleveland, Penta defeated his brother Rey Fenix in the final of the World Heavyweight Championship No. 1 Contender's Tournament. Penta will now challenge Roman Reigns for the title in Mexico City on September 14.
