Britt Baker

Britt Baker built AEW's women's division around herself — the real-life dentist who evolved from the promotion's first signed woman into its defining homegrown star. Her heel transformation, complete with Reba/Rebel sidekick comedy and D.M.D. swagger, produced AEW's first breakout women's act.

Her unsanctioned Lights Out match against Thunder Rosa in 2021 — wrestled bloody in front of a thumbtack-strewn ring — instantly entered AEW's canon and legitimized the division's main-event capability. Her AEW Women's World Championship reign anchored the division's strongest early era.
