El Hijo del Vikingo may be the most spectacular wrestler alive — the AAA Mega Champion whose imploding 630s, rope-run Spanish flies and inverted-world offense forced wrestling to invent new vocabulary. His highlight clips routinely convert non-fans into believers in thirty seconds.
His multi-year Mega Championship reign made him the face of AAA through its most turbulent era, with acclaimed defenses against Kenny Omega — their 2023 AEW Dynamite match became an instant sensation — Fenix and Penta. Injuries, the aerial artist's tax, have periodically interrupted his ascent.
