Jeff Cobb

Jeff Cobb is wrestling's happiest violence — an Olympic amateur wrestler from Guam who tosses heavyweights like beanbags and grins while doing it. His Tour of the Islands spinning slam may be wrestling's most decisive finisher: when it hits, the match is simply over.

A former Olympian at the 2004 Games, Cobb built his reputation through Lucha Underground as Matanza's man-monster, PWG and ROH — where he held television gold — before anchoring New Japan's United Empire. There he collected tag championships with Great-O-Khan and terrorized G1 fields with suplexes that defy physics for a man his size.

In 2024 he expanded to AEW appearances, giving American audiences regular access to wrestling's most agile 270-pounder. WrestleRanks voters rank Cobb on simple delight: every match includes at least one moment of impossible.
