Tommaso Ciampa

Tommaso Ciampa is NXT's greatest villain made sympathetic legend — the Blackheart whose betrayal of Johnny Gargano launched developmental wrestling's most acclaimed feud and whose Goldie-cradling championship reigns gave the black-and-gold era its dark center.

His body has paid wrestling's full tax: neck surgeries, hip reconstruction and comebacks that each seemed medically inadvisable and emotionally inevitable.
