AJ Styles

AJ Styles is the greatest TNA original ever and one of the best wrestlers of the 21st century, full stop. He was the face of TNA for over a decade — Mr. TNA, the X-Division pioneer, a multi-time world champion — then conquered New Japan as IWGP Heavyweight Champion and second leader of the Bullet Club.

His 2016 WWE arrival at the Royal Rumble began a phenomenal late-career act: two WWE Championship reigns, dream matches with John Cena, Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins, and a claim to WWE's best match of the year in multiple seasons. The Phenomenal Forearm became one of wrestling's signature finishes.

Deeply respected as a locker-room leader and still elite in his late 40s, Styles has entered the farewell-tour phase of a first-ballot Hall of Fame career. WrestleRanks voters treat every remaining Styles match as an event.
