Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes carries one of wrestling's great family legacies — son of the American Dream Dusty Rhodes — and turned it into a story that reshaped two companies. After leaving WWE in 2016, he bet on himself on the independents, helped headline the fan-funded All In event, and co-founded AEW, where he served as an executive and delivered emotional classics.

He shocked wrestling by returning to WWE at WrestleMania 38 and spent two years chasing the title his father never won, surviving a torn pectoral to wrestle Seth Rollins inside Hell in a Cell along the way. At WrestleMania 40, he finished the story, defeating Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship.

The American Nightmare has since anchored WWE's main-event scene as its standard-bearer. On WrestleRanks, his combination of weekly television presence and big-match delivery keeps him a fixture near the top of fan voting.
