Negro Casas may be the greatest luchador of all time by peer vote — a fifty-year technician whose villainy, timing and eternal condition made him Arena México's dark master across five decades. His matches with El Hijo del Santo form lucha's most storied rivalry, a decades-long serial of mask, hair and honor.

Champion beyond counting in CMLL and Japan — where his New Japan junior classics with Jushin Liger earned international reverence — Casas wrestled main events past age 60 with undiminished craft, his La Casita cradle still trapping men half his age.
