Vampiro

Vampiro is lucha's gothic outsider — the Canadian punk who became a Mexican phenomenon, drawing teen-idol crowds to Arena México in the early 1990s as the face-painted Casanova of counterculture. His WCW run added American cult status through feuds with Sting and the Insane Clown Posse era.

Reinventions define him: deathmatch veteran, AAA authority figure, Lucha Underground's beloved commentator and the unhinged mentor of its Pentagon storyline — introducing him to a generation who never saw him wrestle prime matches.
